No rule requires a verified walkaround today. Regulation (EU) No 1321/2014 defines maintenance “with the exception of pre-flight inspection”. Nobody fails an audit; they simply have nothing to show.

A hash chain, a signature with a key in AWS KMS and an RFC 3161 timestamp from an outside authority.
