From fragmented evidence to one standard.

Walkarounds already happen several times during every turnaround. What they lack is standardized, consistent documentation and a unified audit trail.

Without Walk-Check
  • Inspections are not standardized
  • Inconsistent documentation
  • No unified audit trail
  • Limited proof of inspection coverage
  • Fragmented or missing evidence
  • Manual photos and messaging apps
With Walk-Check
  • Inspection workflow tracking
  • Mandatory sector validation
  • Coverage confirmation
  • Timestamped documentation
  • Guided completion logic
  • Missed sector identification
  • Audit-ready operational evidence

How it works, right on the ramp.

From walkaround to a sealed, verifiable record in three steps, designed to fit a real turnaround.

01

Start the walkaround

The app works offline, and every capture is sealed on the device the moment it is taken.

02

Walk & capture

The app tracks live which of the 12 sectors are covered, and flags weak or missed areas.

03

Confirm & seal

Coverage is visible instantly. If anything is missing, you can re-walk the gap and complete the record. The result is a timestamped, verifiable inspection.

It doesn't replace safety inspections. It complements them.

Traditional walkarounds focus on safety, visible damage and readiness for departure. Walk-Check adds a layer of operational traceability, inspection confirmation and consistent documentation, alongside existing procedures, not instead of them.

Evidence with integrity, by design.

Each inspection becomes a consistent, timestamped record: integrity-checked, access-controlled and audit-ready. It holds up long after the aircraft has left.

Access-controlledThe right people, the right records.

Patent-pending technology.

The Walk-Check inspection and coverage-validation method is the subject of a pending European patent application (EP 25192298.5, Multi-Purpose Aircraft Surface Inspection Device and Method). The claims cover an operator-worn capture device with both visual and thermal cameras, AI that maps every capture to the aircraft's inspection sectors, validates coverage and guides the operator to anything missed, together with extensions such as a wearable headset, ultrasonic/NDT modules and a compact drone for upper-fuselage areas.

Measurable workflows, consistent across every station.

For airlines and handlers: one standardized workflow that delivers oversight and audit-ready evidence.

One standard across every station and operation.

Unified, measurable operational workflows replace local, inconsistent practices, from home base, through hubs to the outstations and from private jets, through narrow body to the widebody aeroplanes.

Standardized procedures
Inspection coverage confirmation
Audit-ready evidence

Quality oversight

Documented inspection confirmation and stronger oversight, especially in outsourced handling.

Liability support

Documented operational evidence and stronger support in liability and damage claims.

Scalable consistency

Consistent documentation across multi-station networks and premium operations.

Designed for the ramp, not against it.

Deliberately built around minimal interaction and low operator burden, so it fits naturally into a real turnaround.

The people behind Walk-Check.

Walk-Check comes from real ramp experience, and it is being built into a practical platform for auditable turnaround records.

Jaroslav Brezina Founder, straight from the ramp

Walk-Check was founded by Jaroslav Brezina, with more than 11 years of hands-on experience in airport ground handling. Working the ramp himself as a Loader and Ramp Agent through thousands of turnarounds, he saw first-hand what airlines and ground teams were missing: a simple, reliable and auditable way to document walkaround inspections. Today he combines that operational knowledge with technology to improve safety, accountability and efficiency on the ramp.

Pilot Programme

Pilot deployments available from August 2026.

We are currently selecting a limited number of airlines and ground handling partners for our first operational pilot projects. Early pilot partners will directly influence the final product before commercial rollout.

Growing pressure to document every turnaround
Increasing cost of ground damage investigations
Higher expectations for auditability and compliance
Digital transformation of ground operations is accelerating

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to the questions airlines and ground handling partners ask most.

What is Walk-Check?
Walk-Check is a digital aircraft walkaround solution that helps standardize inspections, verify coverage and create auditable operational evidence without changing existing safety procedures.
Does Walk-Check replace our current walkaround procedure?
No. Walk-Check supports your existing inspection process. It helps crews document inspections consistently and provides verifiable evidence that the inspection was completed.
Do inspectors need special hardware?
No. The first version runs on standard smartphones and tablets. Optional wearable camera solutions will be available for operators who require hands-free inspections.
Does Walk-Check work offline?
Yes. Inspections can be performed without an internet connection. Data is synchronized securely once connectivity becomes available.
How long does one inspection take?
Walk-Check is designed to fit naturally into normal turnaround operations without introducing unnecessary delays. Inspection duration depends on aircraft type and operator procedures.
Can Walk-Check be integrated with our existing systems?
Yes. The platform is designed to integrate with operational systems such as Electronic Logbooks (ELB), Maintenance & Engineering systems and other airline workflows.
Is our data secure?
Yes. Inspection records are protected using tamper-evident technology, secure timestamps and cryptographic verification to help preserve the integrity of operational evidence.
Can Walk-Check be deployed in our own infrastructure?
Yes. The platform supports both managed cloud deployments and enterprise on-premise installations for organizations requiring full control over their infrastructure and data.
How is Walk-Check licensed?
Commercial terms are tailored to the operational needs of each customer. Deployment models, implementation scope and commercial structure are discussed individually during the evaluation process.
When will the first pilot programme start?
Pilot deployments are planned from August 2026. We are currently selecting a limited number of airlines and ground handling partners interested in participating.
Why should we adopt Walk-Check now?
Digital, auditable inspection records are becoming increasingly important for operational consistency, accountability and dispute resolution. Early pilot partners also have the opportunity to influence the future development of the platform.
Who is Walk-Check intended for?
Walk-Check is designed for airlines, ground handling companies, MRO organizations and other aviation operators performing aircraft walkaround inspections.
