Zmazanie účtu
Účet vo Walk‑Checku si môžete kedykoľvek zmazať. Sú na to dve cesty a obe vedú k tomu istému.
V aplikácii, hneď
Na Domove ťuknite vpravo hore na svoje iniciály alebo meno, otvorí sa obrazovka Účet.
Prejdite nadol a ťuknite na Zmazať účet. Zmazanie prebehne okamžite a je nezvratné.
Bez aplikácie
Ak ste si aplikáciu už odinštalovali, napíšte nám z adresy,
ktorou sa prihlasujete, na office@walkcheck.eu.
Do predmetu stačí „Zmazanie účtu“. Vybavíme to do 30 dní, spravidla do
niekoľkých pracovných dní.
Píšeme len z tej istej adresy, aby cudzí človek nevedel dať
zmazať váš účet.
Čo sa zmaže
Prihlasovací účet, teda sa už neprihlásite.
E-mailová adresa a meno vo vašom účte.
Členstvá v organizáciách.
Čo ostáva a prečo
Obchôdzky, ktoré ste natočili, ostávajú v organizácii ako dôkaz
po dobu uchovávania: zmazanie účtu ich nemaže. Zapečatené obchôdzky sú dôkazy o vykonanej práci
a drží ich pečať, reťazec a časová pečiatka, ktoré si vie ktokoľvek overiť
nezávisle od nás.
Zapečatený záznam nemaže priamo ani ten, kto ho natočil,
ani organizácia: o jeho zmazanie sa žiada. Ak niektorý nechcete nechať, požiadajte
o jeho zmazanie v aplikácii ešte pred zmazaním účtu. Záznam sa potom v organizácii skryje
a Walk‑Check ho uchová v archíve ako dôkaz; skutočne ho zmažeme len na odôvodnenú žiadosť,
výnimočne. Záznam, ktorý ešte nie je zapečatený, zrušíte v aplikácii hneď. Pri nezvratnom
uložení (len časť záznamov z prvých mesiacov prevádzky) záznam nezmaže nikto vrátane nás.
Po zmazaní účtu už nie sú spojené s vaším menom ani
s e-mailovou adresou: tie sú z účtu preč.
Reťaz dôkazov ostáva aj po zmazaní záznamu či účtu, bez časového
konca. Nesie údaje, ktoré ste pri obchôdzke zadali (značka, miesto, čas, druh obchôdzky,
prípadná referencia výpožičky alebo meno žiaka), a vnútorný identifikátor vášho účtu,
nie meno ani e-mail. Ak ste požiadali o zmenu plánu organizácie, v jej histórii ostáva
aj e-mailová adresa, z ktorej žiadosť prišla.
Bez toho by dôkaz o obchôdzke prestal byť dôkazom.
Pozvánka, ktorou vás do organizácie pozvali, ostáva v organizácii,
ktorá pozývala, aj s vašou e-mailovou adresou.
Ste jediný správca organizácie, v ktorej sú ďalší ľudia? Aplikácia vás na to upozorní: najprv urobte správcom niekoho iného, inak by klub ostal bez správcu. Potom sa účet zmazať dá.

Delete your account
You can delete your Walk‑Check account at any time. There are two ways, and both lead to the same result.
In the app, right away
On the home screen, tap your initials or your name in the top right corner to open the Account screen.
Scroll down and tap Delete account. The account is deleted immediately and this cannot be undone.
Without the app
If you have already uninstalled the app, write to us from the address
you sign in with, at office@walkcheck.eu.
The subject “Delete account” is enough. We handle it within 30 days, usually within
a few working days.
We only act on email from that same address, so that no one else can
have your account deleted.

Your sign-in account, so you can no longer sign in.
The email address and name in your account.
Your memberships in organisations.
What stays, and why
Walkarounds you recorded stay in the organisation as evidence
for the retention period: deleting your account does not delete them. Sealed walkarounds are evidence of work done,
held by the seal, the chain and the timestamp, which anyone can verify
independently of us.
A sealed record is not deleted directly, not even by the person who recorded it
or by the organisation: its deletion is requested. If you do not want to keep one, request
its deletion in the app before you delete your account. The record is then hidden in the organisation
and Walk‑Check keeps it in the archive as evidence; we actually delete it only on a justified request,
as an exception. A record that is not sealed yet can be cancelled in the app right away. A record under an
irreversible lock (only some records from the first months of operation) cannot be deleted by anyone, including us.
After your account is deleted, they are no longer linked to your name or
your email address: those are gone from the account.
The evidence chain stays even after a record or an account is deleted, with no
end date. It carries the details you entered for the walkaround (registration, site, time, kind of walkaround,
a rental reference or a student's name, if any) and an internal identifier of your account,
not your name or email. If you asked for a change to your organisation's plan, its history
also keeps the email address the request came from.
Without this, the proof of the walkaround would stop being proof.
The invitation you were invited with stays with the organisation
that sent it, including your email address.
Are you the only administrator of an organisation that has other people in it? The app will tell you: first make someone else an administrator, otherwise the club would be left without one. Then the account can be deleted.
